I design and deliver learning programs that help teams and organisations turn sustainability goals into real behaviour change
I believe sustainability training fails when it stays theoretical. My approach is hands-on, context-specific, and focused on what people can implement i the next 90 days
My methodology is defined by systems thinking. I move beyond focusing on single job titles or departments to focus purely on Value Creation. I excel at diagnosing complex organizational and operational bottlenecks, and designing bespoke, scalable frameworks that ensure strategy, tactics, and operations are perfectly aligned.
My Story
I started my career in the classroom as CAIE Biology and Environmental Management techer (IGCSE and A/AS Level). My focus was on making complex science accessible - using inquiry-based methods, practical labs, and real-world examples so students could think critically and apply what they learn.
Working in the education sector, I saw the same gap repeatedly: people understood why sustainability mattered, but didn't have the skills or confidence to act on it. That's what pulled me into Learning, Development, and Sustainability. Now, I design and facilitate training that bridge that gap - helping staff and organisations move from awareness to implementation

How I Work
I don't believe in training that stops at theory. My approach is hands-on, scenario-based, and tied to real operational goals. Whether I'm working with NGO staff or corporate teams, I focus on three things: relevance to their daily work, clear next steps, and measurable change within 90 days.
I'm fluent in English, and comfortable with French-speaking audiences, and experienced in delivering both in-person and virtual sessions using tools like Google Classrom, Zoom, and interactive simulations
