Helping people be successful, fulfilled and worthwhile life is deeply meaningful to me. I struggled with the same challenges my clients face. I am very familiar with the pressure of job deadlines, family obligations and feelings of inadequacy. In my coaching practice, I provide the tools, strategy and support to help people create meaningful change in their lives. I know there is a better way. Coaching transformed my life as well. It is my life’s purpose to help people create a life they are proud of.
Apart from coaching, I am a teacher and educator for 10+ years and counting, a TV Talk show host and a published author.
No matter where you are on the well-being journey as an individual, family, organization or community, we can partner to create and implement a bespoke well-being strategy that fits your culture and addresses your unique needs. This is done following our three-stage best practice elaborated as follows:
STAGE ONE: WELLBEING NEED ANALYSIS
Together, we evaluate where you/your family/organisation/community is on its well-being journey through interviews, observations and surveys. The needs analysis provides an understanding of which well-being intervention are already in place, their impact and gaps that need to be filled .
STAGE TWO: WELLBEING STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Based on the insights gained from the needs analysis, you are accompanied through the process of creating/improving a tailored well-being strategy to meet your wellbeing needs. It may go by a 1:1 support programme, group action plans, corporate well-being policies, workshops and more.
STAGE THREE: STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION & FOLLOW-UP
Once your wellbeing strategy is developed, you are followed up in the implementation process.
